Our Onboarding Process

Our 4 Step Plan

When Avensis Building Management is engaged by a housing society, we follow a structured, results-driven approach:

1. Evaluation

We begin by understanding the society’s current setup, operational practices, and governance structure. This includes reviewing documentation, committee roles, vendor arrangements, and member expectations.




3. Test

We rigorously test all implemented plans and ensure that systems—both operational and digital—are functioning smoothly. This includes validating workflows, member communication channels, and compliance checkpoints.

2. Implement

Based on our evaluation, we design a customized management plan. This includes placing trained on-site managers, establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and integrating essential service providers. Our goal is to bring structure, accountability, and transparency to daily operations.

4. Exit

Once the society’s operations are stable and self-sustaining, Avensis exits from day-to-day management. The society retains the on-site managers on its own payroll and has the option to continue using our cloud-based software and remote support services for a nominal monthly retainer. This transition reduces long-term costs while preserving operational excellence.
